Please read before placing a Pre-Order.
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on CastellCollectibles, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in one month, you’ll need to wait one month for all other items in the cart. If you want non Pre-Order items shipped immediately, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your payment method immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
